-If you wish to smoke, please do so outside the property. Dispose of cigarette butts, cigar remnants, and other smoking materials

residue or burns from affecting the property. Use designated containers for disposal of ash and smoking materials.
-If it is found that smoking has occurred inside the property or near open doors or windows, or that proper care has not been taken
outdoors (such as leaving ash on the decks or furniture), a cleaning fee may be applied to cover the cost of air purification, deep
cleaning, and any potential damage caused by smoke residue or odor.
-Please be mindful of the health and safety of others. Smoke in areas away from entrances and windows to prevent the smell from
entering the property. Be considerate of any guests or neighbors who may have sensitivities to smoke.
